Enterprise experience, built for growing businesses.
TechKing is a founder-led technology consultancy based in Arlington, VA. We help businesses plan, build and improve their websites and digital platforms, and we lead complex technology initiatives for larger teams.
Why TechKing exists.
After a decade delivering digital programs at Workday, Discover, T-Mobile, Marriott and Deloitte, DJ Henderson saw a gap: growing businesses rarely get the planning, clarity and follow-through that large companies take for granted. He founded TechKing in 2020 to close it.
Today we bring that same discipline to every project, from a first website to a multi-team platform launch. We start with your business, recommend the right solution, then deliver it and measure the results.
DJ Henderson
Founder · PMP-certified technology leader
DJ studied e-business, a mix of business management, project management and technology, and built his first websites on Wix and Dreamweaver. An internship replatforming a Sitecore e-commerce site turned into a career delivering digital experiences for some of the country's best-known brands.
He replatformed Marriott.com to Adobe Experience Manager and helped launch Marriott Bonvoy, architected the first hybrid cloud at the U.S. Treasury with Deloitte, led a new design system and personalized app at T-Mobile, rebuilt Discover Bank's site and testing program, and now delivers AI-powered career sites for global brands at Workday.
Today he leads every TechKing engagement personally: direct access, clear communication and one accountable lead from first call to launch.
